- Introduced the UNTITLED Collection® concept, consolidating our firms into a comprehensive portfolio of wealth solutions designed to meet the international wealth protection needs of any individual or family, regardless of their wealth size, business focus, family composition, or specific concerns.
- Launched UNTITLED Access®, an exclusive benefit program for our clients.
- Launched UNTITLED Alliance, an exclusive program that equips our strategic partners with the knowledge and resources needed to better serve referred clients.
- Obtained a trustee license in the U.S. Virgin Islands, operating as Untitled Trustees (US) LLC.
- Surpassed 2,000 clients and US$2B in assets under administration; established strategic alliances with complementary service providers to extend our firm’s reach.
- Opened offices in Madrid, Spain.
- Launched UNTITLED Sports & Entertainment, the division that led to the creation of EVOLVE by UNTITLED®.
- Launched UNTITLED Sherpa® for UHNW and institutional clients, a completely innovative approach in the industry.
- Acquired 100% of Pistis Trustees and rebranded it as Untitled Trustees (N.Z.) Limited.
- Acquired an offshore fund administration company and rebranded it as Untitled Fund Administration LLC.
- Licensed Untitled Authorised Representatives Ltd. as a local representative of financial entities by the BVI Financial Services Commission.
- Licensed Untitled LAD Services LLC as a listing agent by the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX).
- Established our own office and corporate registry agent (Untitled Fiduciary Services Ltd.) in the British Virgin Islands (BVI).
- Opened our first office outside Uruguay, in Miami.
- Firm founded in Montevideo, Uruguay, under the name Litwak & Partners.
- Established our first trust company in New Zealand, Pistis Trustees, in partnership with third parties.
